Welcome to RenderMage. We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how RenderMage ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you use our browser-based AI architectural rendering studio, our website, and our connector plugins (including SketchUp, Blender, and ArchiCAD integrations).

By accessing or using RenderMage, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, run, and improve our services, manage billing, and keep your workspace synced. The data we collect falls into the following categories:

A. Account and Identity Data

When you sign up or log in via our third-party authentication providers (such as Google OAuth or Supabase Auth), we receive account details including your email address, full name, profile image, and unique user identifier.

B. Design and Workflow Assets

We process and store files and images you upload directly to the RenderMage Studio or send via our connector plugins. This includes viewport captures, handdrawn sketches, floor plan files, reference style images, and the resulting AI-generated render outputs.

C. Billing and Transaction Details

All subscription payments and booster purchases are processed securely through Stripe. RenderMage does not collect or store your credit card or financial account numbers; we receive payment confirmation status, transaction billing history, and a secure customer reference identifier from Stripe.

D. Diagnostic and Telemetry Data

We collect technical logs regarding plugin usage (such as viewport capture resolution, connector version, and upload times) to monitor performance, debug connector stability, and optimize our cloud GPU rendering queues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and workflow data for the following operational purposes:

To initialize and host your personal rendering workspace and project gallery.
To run AI models on our secure cloud GPU nodes, generating high-quality renders from your uploads.
To track, allocate, and manage your render credit balance and active subscription plans.
To authenticate your sign-in requests and secure access to your design assets.
To handle support inquiries, process refunds, and troubleshoot plugin errors.
To analyze usage metrics and optimize page load speeds, model runtimes, and connector performance.

We do NOT sell your personal details, design assets, sketches, or prompt history to third parties, nor do we license them for external model training without your explicit opt-in consent.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We coordinate with third-party subprocessors to deliver aspects of the RenderMage experience. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us:

Database & Auth (Supabase): Houses metadata, accounts, and session controls.
Storage (Supabase Storage / AWS S3): Secures your uploaded images and generated renders.
Payment Processing (Stripe): Processes billing, subscriptions, and receipt generation.
GPU Compute (Hugging Face / Custom GPU Providers): Executes the stable diffusion and controlnet image pipelines.

5. Data Security and Retention

We employ administrative, physical, and electronic security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All connections are secured using TLS encryption, and databases are protected by row-level security (RLS) policies.

We retain your account details and gallery assets as long as your account is active or needed to provide you with the services. You can delete your account or specific gallery renders at any time, which permanently removes them from our databases and active cloud storage caches.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may possess specific statutory rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, transfer, or complete erasure of your data.
