Refunds & Cancellations
Billing expectations for subscriptions and booster packs.
Subscriptions may be canceled through the Stripe Billing Portal and remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
One-time booster purchases are generally non-refundable after credits have been issued, except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed.
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact billing@rendermage.com with your account email and the approximate transaction date.
