The operating terms for using RenderMage.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, installing our desktop connector plugins (for SketchUp, Blender, or ArchiCAD), or using the RenderMage web application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

The Service is operated by RenderMage. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have obtained parental consent to use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a supported third-party identity provider (such as Google OAuth or Supabase Auth). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential.

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@rendermage.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate or if you violate these Terms.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

Use of our rendering engine requires a balance of render credits. Our billing terms are as follows:

• Free/Promotional Credits: We may provide free or promotional credits (e.g., 10 free renders upon signing up). These credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire after a specified duration.
• Subscriptions and Boosters: You may purchase monthly subscription plans or one-time booster credit packs. All transactions are handled securely via Stripe.
• Credit Allocation: Paid credits are consumed according to the active rendering parameters. Promotional and subscription credits are consumed prior to paid credit packs.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy or required by local consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you will not:

• Deploy automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to perform renders or mass-download assets without our permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the RenderMage web application or our connector plugins.
• Use the Service to generate or store illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
• Circumvent subscription checks, credit tracking parameters, or access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or cloud GPU infrastructure supporting the Service.

6. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RenderMage makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or suitability of the rendering outputs for professional construction or architectural compliance.

While we make commercial efforts to keep GPU queue wait times minimal and maintain service continuity, cloud GPU availability can fluctuate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderMage, its directors, employees, or infrastructure partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service.
